Banana-Nut Bran Muffins

2-1/4 cups oat bran
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
2 bananas mashed
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts chopped

425°  20 minutes
Line a standard muffin tin with paper cups.
Mix all ingredients.
Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups.
Bake until the muffins are lightly browned and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
Cool the muffins in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Serve at room temperature or reheat in the microwave.
