A stroke occurs when blood flow in one ol these vessels is blocked by a blood clot or by the vessel bursting. When either I occurs the part ol the brain supplied by the affected vessel no longer receives the oxygen and nutrients it needs, so the brain cells begin to die. Stroke caused by a blood clot obstructing blood flow within an artery is referred to as ah ischemic stroke. About 83% of all strokes are ischemic. The underlying cause tor the obstruction leading to ischemic stroke is the development of fatty plaques within the arterial wall (atherosclerosis). Stroke caused by blood vessel rupture or burst is referred to as a hemorrhagic stroke. |

 Lazy Pork Chops1/4 cup fat-free milk 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated. 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 4 (4-ounce) pork loin chops, boneless Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the milk in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, toss the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder. Dip the pork chops in the milk and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and give each a light spray with cooking spray. Bake until the pork reaches 145 degrees F when tested with a thermometer, about 8-10 minutes per side. Let the pork stand for 5 minutes before serving. |

| [Floater] Woman’s body found floating near Key West marina, police say. Investigation underway. The neighbors said the woman planned to sleep in her car parked at the City Marina on Saturday because of windy weather and rough seas. However, staff warned her that she could not spend the night in the vehicle, so she headed back out to her vessel and drowned.
