Cornbread

400°

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup melted butter or oil
1 egg
1 cup milk or buttermilk

Grease 9-inch cast iron pan and place in oven while oven preheat.
Bake for 20 minutes
