Asian Dumplings

1/4 cup shrimp, chopped
1/4 cup pork, ground
6 green onions, white part, sliced thin
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 package wonton

Lay wonton over thumb and forefingers that are touching and forming an O. With the index finger of the other hand push the wonton in the O to make a pouch. Place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the pouch and pinch the top together making a sort of a flower looking thing.

Place dumplings on an oiled sheet inside a steamer and steam for 8 minutes.
