Banana Blueberry Nut Bread

Preheat oven to 350º

1 ¾ Cups Bananas (3), mash with potato masher until gooey
2 Eggs
¼ Cup Milk
1 Tsp Vinegar
¾ Cup Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 ½ Cups Flour, Whole Wheat
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Walnuts, chopped
2 Cups Blueberries, frozen
Grease bottom of a 8 ½ x13 x 2 pan
Bake 50 minutes.

The bananas will keep this cake-like bread up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Contains fruit, nuts and whole grains and no fat to speak of.
