1 cup Corn meal, self-rising
1 can cream-style corn, 8.5 ounce
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons, peppers, bell, green chilies, or jalapeño
Coat 8 X 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Beat egg in medium bowl. Stir in cornmeal mix, corn, milk, oil, sugar, cheese and peppers. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 450º for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool pan 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
