1 can Campbell’s Chicken With Rice soup
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 slices of bacon
Preheat oven to 325°
Mix 1/2 can of soup and next 6 ingredients. Place mixture in meatloaf pan. Cover meatloaf with the remaining 1/2 can of soup. Place slices of bacon on top to keep meatloaf moist and add crispy sweetness to the top.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Let rest for 15 minutes and serve.
