No Sugar Recipe
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
3 ripe bananas, 4 if small (add a chopped apple if you are short 1 banana)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
3/4 cup chopped dates
2/3 cup raisins
Cream together butter, sugar and egg then add the rest of the ingredients, pour in greased loaf pan and bake at 325º for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
When it is cooked sprinkle cinnamon sugar and butter on top.
