Pie Crust with Oil

Preheat oven 475°

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons cold water

Mix all ingredients with fork until moistened. Sprinkle with cold water. Gently form into ball. Press into bottom and up the sides of a 9″ glass pie plate.
Prick bottom and side of pastry thoroughly with fork to prevent bubbling while baking.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack until ready to add your own filling.
