Pot Roast


1 cup barbeque sauce
1 cup chicken stock
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon thyme, dried
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon chili powder

300° oven
Braise meat till crispy. Pour sauce over meat and cover. Roast in oven 4 hours. Stirring a couple of times.
