1/2 stick of butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 medium onions, chopped
2 1 pound packages frozen peas
2 15 ounce cans chicken stock
Melt butter in sauce pan, sauté onions and garlic until onions are transparent. Add peas and simmer 10 minutes and turn off heat.
Puree peas with immersion blender in pan or pour into a regular blender. Serve
