Wheatbread

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 /4 ounce (1 packet) yeast
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 ounces oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup raisins

400°
Preheat cast iron skillet coated well with cooking spray in oven for 5 minutes. Pour in batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is a deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
