Every time I take a shower I have to step out of the shower and pee. Why do men have to pee when the water is running?  Why don’t woman have to pee when the water is running?
[Aging] Can you hack aging with NAD supplements? Early research shows potential—but human studies haven’t proven the hype. Link
The Niles Channel Bridge is falling apart. I used to take a shortcut under the arches but now it looks too dangerous, so I have to use the cutout.
[Undocumented Aliens] Your local airport might be attracting alien attention. If aliens are out there, then our radar systems are putting on quite an electromagnetic show for them. Link
[Aging Drivers] Driving License Laws to Change for Elderly Drivers on August 1. Drivers over the age of 70 in the United States will need to renew their licenses more frequently, and in some cases, take additional tests to keep their licenses. Here’s everything you need to know about these new laws which start next month. Video

This affects just about everyone we know.  Too bad they won’t retest the dimwits on the road that should never be behind the wheel. This effects every state I think.  Thank Dog, they don’t mess with my pilot’s license at 85. ha

[Water and Wealth] Here are the 10 richest suburbs in America. New York state, California and Texas are home to eight of the 10 wealthiest suburbs in America, according to a new ranking drawn from Census data. Link
The Worm vine or Midnight Queen or whatever you call it bloomed last night.
[Everglades Alcatraz Petition]  The petition I wanted to sign to stop Amazon and Etsy from selling Everglades Alcatraz support items. I stopped when the petition asked for personal info. They say the info is confidential but why should I believe them. Personal info is very valuable, and American greed is insatiable, and they will sell it at some point plus flood me with junk mail or hackers will break in and suck my info.
[Coral Reef Awareness Week] Every third week of July, Coral Reef Awareness Week reminds us that beneath the ocean’s surface lies a world as rich and complex as any rainforest. Coral reefs—like the staghorn coral pictured here off the coast of Bonaire in the Caribbean Netherlands—are home to roughly 25% of all marine species, despite covering less than 1% of the seafloor. These ecosystems not only support ocean biodiversity but also protect coastlines and drive economies through tourism and fishing.
But coral reefs are in crisis. Warming oceans, pollution, and overfishing have put over 70% of coral reefs at risk—a figure expected to rise in the coming years. Coral Reef Awareness Week encourages everyone to help—whether by choosing reef-safe sunscreen, joining a beach cleanup, or supporting reef conservation organizations. Every little act counts. Link
[Murderer] He was the suspect in brutal Key Largo murder. Now he’s in Alligator Alcatraz. Link
[Sea Level Rise] Florida Keys guts road-raising projects, slashes jobs. Budget cuts derail climate plans. Facing federal uncertainty about hurricane relief funds and budget holes, the Florida Keys went on a slashing spree: gutting funding for its landmark road-raising program, exiting a decade-old regional climate change compact and cutting emergency staff roles designed to help prepare for storms. [“Efudex (generic Flouracil)“] is for a superficial small spot on my jaw.  Of all things, (and I’m not joking here) my belly button is itchy and the inside is red — burning red.  After all these 60+ years, I know how to clean my belly button so it’s not left over soap or lotion or anything like that.
My jaw is not hurting or burning…yet.  DD Vazquez from Keys Dermatology in Islamorada is who I went to. I might switch to horse paste Ivermectin.

I’ve been using Informed Delivery from USPS for over 5 years now, and am generally a big fan. However, I’ve noticed that every once in a while I’ll catch a scan of a piece of mail that is not addressed to me. Here is an example of the most recent. Link
